Our story
Why a specialist firm
Over the last decade India has rewritten its environmental rulebook: EPR for plastics, e-waste, batteries and tyres; stricter consent conditions; BRSR for listed companies; and a far more active CPCB. Businesses now carry a dozen recurring obligations that did not exist before.
Most firms that offer “environmental compliance” do it alongside company registration, trademarks and tax. The work gets handed to whoever is free. Files bounce back with deficiencies, deadlines slip, and clients receive show-cause notices they did not see coming.
MYDA Group was founded in 2025 to do the opposite: a focused team that knows each State Pollution Control Board’s portal, each CPCB registration flow and each committee’s expectations, and that stays with clients through every renewal.
