    Plastic packaging EPR·quarterly

    Plastic EPR quarterly return (processors)

Registered plastic waste processors (recyclers, co-processors, waste-to-energy and waste-to-oil units) file quarterly returns on the CPCB portal within one month of each quarter end: 31 July, 31 October, 31 January and 30 April. The return supports the certificates the processor generates, so quantities must match sales invoices and GST records. Brand owners should check the portal for any quarterly reporting enabled for their category.

    Consents & clearances·annual

    Consent to Operate renewal window

Consent to Operate must be renewed before it expires, and most boards expect the renewal application at least 120 days before the expiry date; some states and some categories require it earlier, and late applications are treated as fresh applications or draw a penalty. The date shown here is a reminder, not a statutory date: on 1 March each year we review every consent that expires in the coming financial year so renewals, fee payments and compliance reports are lined up well before the 120-day mark.
