Whether you run a single-shed engineering unit or a multi-plant group, your factory cannot legally build or operate without consents from the State Pollution Control Board. Pharmaceutical and chemical plants are almost always red-category industries with the strictest consent conditions, online monitoring requirements and hazardous waste scrutiny. We manage consents, hazardous waste authorization, environmental clearance for new or expanding capacity and the ongoing audits and statements that keep an inspection from turning into a closure notice.
Every healthcare facility that generates bio-medical waste, from a 500-bed hospital to a dental clinic or diagnostic lab, needs authorization under the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules and, in most states, consent from the pollution board. We handle authorization, consent, barcoding and tracking compliance, and the annual report due every June.
Large built-up projects, roads, ports and industrial parks need clearances before the first excavation, not after. We scope the EIA, steer environmental clearance through the state or central authority, handle CRZ and wildlife clearances where the site demands them, and secure the consents and groundwater permissions that construction and occupancy depend on.
