Waste Authorizations
Authorized Vehicle Scrapping Facility (AVSF) Registration
India's vehicle scrapping policy lets only a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF, commonly called an Authorized Vehicle Scrapping Facility or AVSF) scrap end-of-life vehicles and issue the Certificate of Deposit that owners need for tax concessions and new registrations. Registration sits with the state Transport Department, but it depends on pollution control consents, hazardous waste authorisation and a facility built to CPCB's end-of-life vehicle guidelines. We run the environmental approvals and the AVSF application as one project.

EPR Registration
Plastic Waste Processor Registration
Plastic recyclers, cement kilns co-processing plastic, waste-to-energy and waste-to-oil plants, road contractors and industrial composters can register as Plastic Waste Processors (PWPs) on the CPCB EPR portal and generate EPR certificates that brands must buy. We secure your SPCB registration under Rule 13, verify your capacity and get you onboarded so your processed tonnage becomes revenue.

E-Waste Recycler / Refurbisher Registration
Under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, recyclers and refurbishers must register on the CPCB EPR portal after SPCB verification of their Consent to Operate, process and capacity. Registered recyclers generate the EPR certificates producers must buy, which makes compliant registration a revenue question as much as a legal one. Consent to Operate (CTO)
Consent to Operate is the SPCB's permission to run your plant, discharge treated effluent and emit through approved stacks. It also fixes the production capacity, fuel, water use and monitoring conditions you will be held to. We prepare the application, get your monitoring done by recognised labs and manage the inspection so production starts on schedule.

Waste Authorizations
Hazardous Waste Authorization
Any occupier who generates, stores, transports, uses or disposes of hazardous waste listed in the Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules needs an authorisation from the State Pollution Control Board in Form 2, valid for five years. We prepare the Form 1 application, set up your storage area, manifests and Form 3 register, and file the Form 4 annual return every 30 June.

Registration is only the start of EPR. Each year you must report what you placed on the market, buy EPR certificates to cover your targets and file quarterly and annual returns on the plastic, e-waste, battery, tyre and used-oil portals. Waste Authorizations
Hazardous & Other Waste Import / Export Permission
Importing or exporting hazardous and other wastes — metal scrap, used oil, e-waste, waste tyres, paper waste, spent catalysts — is governed by Chapter IV of the Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules and the Basel Convention. Depending on the Schedule III listing, you may need prior permission from MoEFCC, only SPCB authorisation and customs documentation, or the import may be prohibited outright. We classify the consignment, obtain the permission and align it with your DGFT and customs paperwork.

ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) Certification
ISO 14001:2015 is the international standard for environmental management systems. It asks an organisation to identify its environmental aspects and legal obligations, set objectives, control operations and emergencies, monitor performance and keep improving. For an Indian unit that already holds SPCB consents and waste authorisations, ISO 14001 is the natural next step: it organises those obligations into one system, satisfies buyer and lender ESG questionnaires, and is the certification several State Pollution Control Boards reward with incentives.
